We're looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced operation in Lenton. This role involves a variety of warehouse and production duties, including picking and packing products, supporting production processes, and ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and efficiently.

While hours can vary depending on business requirements, individuals who demonstrate commitment, reliability, and a strong work ethic are more likely to secure ongoing opportunities, with the potential to progress from temporary to permanent employment after 13 weeks.

Shift Patterns Available

• AM Shift
• PM Shift
• Rotating Shifts
• Night Shifts

Shift availability will be discussed during the recruitment process.

Pay Rates

• AM or PM Shifts: £13.14 per hour
• Rotating Shifts: £15.11 per hour
• Night Shifts: £17.48 per hour
• Sunday Rate: £19.71 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Packing products to company standards
• Supporting production and warehouse operations
• Carrying out quality checks
• Working towards daily productivity targets
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all health and safety policies and procedures
