Production Operative

Location: Burton-based Plastic Manufacturer (walking distance from town centre)

Pay Rate:

£12.21 per hour (first 8 hours)
£16.28 per hour (last 4 hours)
Shift: Monday to Friday

Hours: 1900-0700

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Production Operative to join our team at a Burton-based plastic manufacturer. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the smooth running of injection moulding machines, performing quality checks, and preparing products for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain smooth running of injection moulding machines.
Quality check products off the line.
Box and weigh products for delivery.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work Monday to Friday night shifts
Good communication and teamwork skills.
