Location: Ripley
Shifts: Rotation - 39 hours per week
Week 1: Monday-Friday 05:45 - 14:00 (Early finish Fridays for 11:45)
Week 2: Monday-Thursday 13:45-23:30
Pay Rate: Β£13.43 per hour

π§ About the Role:
We're recruiting factory operatives across multiple departments - and the great part is, you'll get a tour of the site to see which role feels like the right fit for you! π£
Here's a snapshot of the kinds of tasks you might be doing:
π¨ Helping bring our final ceramic products to life
𧱠Assembling and shaping clay with care
πͺ Getting hands-on with general labour tasks
π§Ό Keeping our factory clean, tidy, and running smoothly
βοΈ Operating machinery safely and efficiently
π Carrying out visual checks on delicate ceramic pieces to maintain top quality
𧽠Cleaning and preparing products for finishing
π Sponging away small imperfections to ensure every item looks its best
This is a fast-paced and physical environment, so you'll be on your feet and working with your hands throughout your shift.
β οΈ A Few Things to Note:
* The workplace can be dusty and warm, so it may not be suitable for people with certain conditions (e.g. asthma or skin sensitivity).
* Some departments are noisy and require ear protection - all PPE is provided.
* We'll invite you on a site tour before your first shift so you can get a real feel for the role.
