Production Operatives

Are you looking for a stable, full-time role with regular hours and a supportive team environment? We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy and well-established fish processing company based in Fraserburgh.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a respected employer within the food production industry.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will be involved in various areas of the fish processing operation, including:

• Handling and processing fish products
• Packing and labelling finished goods
• Quality checking products
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Working efficiently as part of a team to meet production targets
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures

Working Hours

Rotational shifts:

• 06:00 - 14:00
• 14:00 - 22:00

Monday to Friday

Pay Rate

💷 £12.90 per hour

What We're Looking For

• Previous production or factory experience is beneficial but not essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Willingness to work rotating shifts
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
