About the Role
Our client is a leading food processing company, and the purpose of this role is to support the management team towards achieving maximum production efficiency and product quality; to ensure adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene procedures. To lead by example and ensure that you and your team are adhering to company policies and procedures in relation to Product Quality, Food Safety, and Integrity

Responsibilities
* Supervise production line staff to ensure optimal efficiency and that production targets are consistently met for each order.
* Manage and control packaging materials, labels, and associated documentation, ensuring all required paperwork is accurately signed off.
* Monitor and enforce stock rotation and inventory control procedures within the department.
* Address and resolve quality and process-related issues promptly and effectively.
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of all production records and documentation.
* Investigate frontline personnel matters such as punctuality and performance, escalating any concerns to the departmental management team.
* Maintain strict adherence to Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Hygiene standards at all times.
* Lead by example, ensuring both personal and team compliance with company policies and procedures related to product quality, food safety, and integrity.
* Perform any other duties as required, within the scope and responsibilities of the role.

Criteria
Experience of managing production lines
* Basic level of both verbal and written English.
* Computer Literate.
