We are seeking a production Supervisor for our client based in Taunton TA2. They are a small company that specialises in horticultural nutrient solutions for indoor, outdoor and specialist plants. Whilst stocking Hydroponic and water treatment items, Growing media they stock sundries and accessories.
The Clients products are available from garden centres and online. The company boasts a range of prestigious customers, including Kew Gardens, The Eric Young Orchid Foundation and The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS).
Hourly Rate: £13.50ph then rising to £15.38ph after 12 weeks
Days of Work: Monday to Friday
Location: Taunton TA2
Duties will include:
Overseeing day‑to‑day production and preparation of orders, Ensuring production targets are met in terms of output, quality, and efficiency.
Allocate tasks to team members and coordinate workflow by Leading, motivating, and supporting staff.
Ensure ongoing skills development. Then Monitor and provide coaching or corrective feedback.

Previous supervisory experience
Fluent Written & spoken English
Ability to stand all day
