Job Role: Project Manager

Location: Belfast area

Pay rate: £23.60 - £27.49 per hour

Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for Project Managers of varying levels for our public sector client in their Digital Operations department.

The Project Manager will take responsibility for the management and delivery of small to medium-sized ICT projects. They will deliver ICT projects to time and budget in line with approved standards. The Project Manager will work with key stakeholders for each project delivered. They will facilitate transformation and change in relevant service areas.

- Quality & IT Service Management

- Financial & Resource Management

- Collaborative Working

- People Management and Development

You will have:

A university degree or professional qualification (or equivalent / higher) and have worked for at least 3 years in a project management role within a major organisation;

OR

Have worked for at least 4 years in the in a project management role within a major organisation

AND

- Have experience of leading ICT supported projects with a budget of over £50,000 or led on a complex workstream on an ICT project/programme

- Have previous experience utilising a project methodology (e.g. PRINCE 2, other similar methodology).

- Have at least 2 years' experience managing teams of people.
