The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Property Maintanence Coordinator to join our small business in Kings Langley.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role at the centre of our daily operations. You will be responsible for coordinating jobs, supporting engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring works are planned, organised, and progressing efficiently at all times.

No two days are the same. This role suits someone who genuinely enjoys staying organised, thinking ahead, and keeping things moving - even when priorities change throughout the day.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and maintaining live jobs within our job management system
  • Coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep works progressing
  • Scheduling appointments and managing diaries effectively
  • Ensuring engineers have the correct access details, information, and materials
  • Monitoring job progress and proactively resolving delays or issues
  • Raising purchase orders and coordinating materials
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, customers, and operational queries
  • Maintaining accurate job records, documentation, photos, and reports
  • Supporting the smooth running of day-to-day operations

About You

We're not just looking for experience - we're looking for the right mindset and attitude.

You'll be someone who:

  • Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Naturally takes ownership and doesn't need constant direction
  • Can confidently manage multiple priorities at once
  • Has strong diary management and scheduling experience
  • Thinks ahead and solves problems before they escalate
  • Communicates clearly and confidently with customers, clients, and engineers
  • Stays calm under pressure and adapts quickly when plans change
  • Has strong IT skills and is comfortable using multiple systems

What Matters Most

While experience is important, we believe attitude, work ethic, and ownership are what truly make someone successful in this role.

We are not simply looking to pay the highest salary - we are looking for the right person who takes pride in their work and wants to become a key part of the business.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a growing, fast-paced business where your role really matters
  • Work in a supportive team environment
  • Take ownership of a role where you can genuinely make an impact
  • Opportunity to grow with the business over time
