Property Sourcing Team Leader

Hybrid - Home & Office in Warrington (avg 3 days p/w) 

Up to £36,000 per annum + Commission (OTE avg £40,000) + Excellent Corporate Benefits Package

This is a newly created role, supporting the Head of Property Sourcing to drive contractual bedspace growth in alignment with the AASC contract and Service User demand plan. You will lead and motivate a high-performing team of telephony-based Property Sourcers, to achieve property/bedspace growth target. A critical, demanding role requiring demonstrable sales experience, resilience and passion for working as part of a team to deliver on accountabilities such as: 

• Support the Senior Management Team (SMT) in reaching the contractual bedspace growth in line with the AASC and Service User demand plan. 

• Manage and motivate a team of Property Sourcers and drive this telephony team, to grow their network of landlords and investors in order to achieve property/bedspace growth target. 

• Work closely with and provide the Property Negotiators Team with bed space prospects in line with the regional/plan.  

• Additionally, you will support all aspects of the AASC contract, contributing to sustainable growth in accordance with Service User needs. 

• A key responsibility is leading, coordinating, and managing regional property sourcing teams to enhance property acquisition. 

• Furthermore, you will assist the Head of Property Sourcing with AASC procurement campaigns, social media initiatives, and landlord engagement efforts throughout the year, ensuring effective external stakeholder communication and networking 

What you'll need to do the role 

Key Skills 

• Use and interpretation of management performance reports and telephony systems 

• Sales experience  

• Experience with managing KPI's and targets 

• People management and successful coaching of others 

• Event management, networking and presentation skills 

• Ability to successfully engage and create successful working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders 

• Ability to effectively communicate and present clear information updates across both internal and external stakeholders at all levels 

• Demonstrate effective time management skills and ability to manage and deliver a variety of priority tasks, prioritising own workload to meet specific timescales without prompt 

• Good verbal and written communications skills 

• Intermediate Excel skills 

Knowledge and Qualifications 

• Knowledge of the Property Industry 

• Management of a Sales Team (desirable) 

• Good understanding of data manipulation in MS Excel  

• Experience of working within a target driven environment (desirable) 

• Flexibility is a must - this is a newly created role which will be grow and adapt as required, UK driving licence is required and a willingness to travel where required
