Blue Arrow is continuing to expand its Driving & Logistics division across Burton and the Midlands, creating an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team.
This isn't simply an account management position.
We're looking for someone who wants to develop new business, build lasting client partnerships and play a key role in growing an already established recruitment operation.
Whether you've worked in recruitment before or have a background in sales, logistics, transport, customer service or business development, this role offers the opportunity to develop a rewarding career with excellent earning potential.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
✅ Winning new business opportunities within the Driving and Logistics sector
✅ Building strong relationships with transport managers, warehouse operations teams and senior decision-makers
✅ Recruiting HGV Class 1, Class 2, 7.5T and professional driving personnel
✅ Sourcing, screening and placing high-quality candidates
✅ Managing key client accounts and maintaining exceptional service levels
✅ Conducting interviews, candidate registrations and compliance checks
✅ Expanding existing client relationships and identifying growth opportunities
✅ Supporting temporary workforce planning for leading transport and distribution businesses

Previous experience within Recruitment, Driving Recruitment, Transport, Logistics, Industrial Recruitment or Sales would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in individuals with transferable skills and the right attitude.
