We're on the lookout for energetic, curious, people-focused individuals to join our high-performing, highly collaborative team as Recruitment Consultants. Whether you're new to recruitment or already experienced, if you've got an entrepreneurial spark and love solving problems, this could be your next move.
What You'll Be Doing
This is a full 360 recruitment role, giving you ownership from start to finish:
- Winning new business and spotting sales opportunities
- Turning prospects into long-term, trusted clients
- Managing pricing, recruitment, advertising, placements and account management
- Solving customer problems and delivering on your promises
Our advanced CRM keeps admin light, so you stay in control of your day.
