Blue Arrow is looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our established Newport branch and play a key role in growing our successful Driving and Logistics division.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new business and delivering first-class recruitment solutions to clients across the transport and logistics sector.

Whether you're an experienced recruiter or have a background in sales, customer service, logistics or transport, we'll provide the tools, support and development needed to help you succeed.

The Opportunity

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment process while developing your own client portfolio and candidate network.

Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Generating new business opportunities within the Driving and Logistics market

✅ Building long-term partnerships with transport and operations professionals

✅ Sourcing, interviewing and placing HGV, LGV and professional driving candidates

✅ Managing temporary workforce requirements for key clients

✅ Delivering service reviews and identifying growth opportunities

✅ Ensuring compliance and right-to-work standards are maintained

✅ Supporting clients with workforce planning and recruitment strategy

✅ Growing existing accounts through exceptional service delivery

Previous recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential. We welcome applications from ambitious individuals with backgrounds in sales, logistics, transport, customer service or business development.
