General skills:

As a Community Works Operative, you will have:

*Excellent Work Ethic

*Good fitness levels for lifting and shifting

*Active listening and effective communication skills

*Able to confidently work in a team but also individually

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

*Loading behind Refuse/Recycling Lorry

*Street scene management

*Working at a Household Recycling Centre/Transfer Station or Landfill

*Collection of bulky items and fly tipping removal.

*Deliver/Uplift Recycling/Refuse containers

*Basic record keeping or other administrative duties as required

*Uplift of animal carcasses

*Any other work as directed by Supervisor/Foreperson.

Job Details:

*Pay Rate- £13.64ph

*Weekly Hours-;

Monday- Thursday 0700-1500

Friday 0700-1430
