You'll be the person the business turns to on every regulatory matter, embedding regulation into products from day one. An enabler, not a blocker.

What you'll own:- Main point of contact for the FCA and European regulators.
- Regulatory responses and reports.
- New licence applications and variations of permission.
- Cross-functional partnering with Product, Sales, Ops and Marketing.
- Horizon scanning, Dear CEO letters, external audits, and a strong internal regulatory culture.
