Location: Belper, Derbyshire
Salary: £26,560 per year
Bonus: Up to £1,500 annually
Hours: 39.5 hours per week (working pattern to be discussed at interview but shifts starting from 7am)

💼 The Role: Resource Assistant
You'll play a key part in ensuring the right resources are available at the right time. Working alongside cross‑functional teams, you'll help coordinate schedules, maintain accurate data, and support decision‑making through detailed planning and reporting.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and update resource databases and records accurately.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating resource allocation, including training, annual leave, and downtime.
- Monitor resource utilisation and support forecasting of future needs.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure resource availability and smooth operational workflows.
- Produce clear reports on resource usage and availability.
- Support capacity management through relevant systems/tools.
- Coordinate resource-related meetings and effective internal communication.
🔎 What We're Looking For
- Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Previous experience in administrative or resource‑focused roles.
- Diary Management or Scheduling experience is essential.
- Strong skills using the Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with resource management systems.
- Knowledge of database management and reporting tools (advantageous).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident, professional communication skills across departments.
