What You’ll Be Doing- Managing a portfolio of insolvency cases independently
- Preparing statutory reports, valuations, and technical documentation
- Applying insolvency legislation in practical, commercial scenarios
- Leading stakeholder conversations, including difficult or sensitive situations
- Supporting Licensed Insolvency Practitioners in maximising recoveries
- Ensuring compliance, accuracy, and high-quality case delivery
- Identifying and contributing to new business opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing insolvency cases end-to-end
- Strong working knowledge of insolvency legislation
- Confident communicator, able to handle challenging conversations
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Desirable- Scottish CPI qualification (or working towards it)
- Experience with IPS SQL or IPS Cloud
- Previous restructuring experience
