🛍️ Retail Floor Manager - Leisure Site, Alresford
Full-Time | £30,000 per annum | Tuesday to Saturday

We're looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Floor Manager to join our team at a thriving leisure site in Alresford.

About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the indoor retail shop floor, which includes a diverse range of products such as homeware, gifts, and seasonal items. This is a full-time position (circa 40 hours per week), working Tuesday to Saturday, giving you a regular two-day weekend (Sunday and Monday off).

While there are no direct reports at present, this role has the potential to evolve into a team leadership position as the retail operation grows.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a well-presented and fully stocked retail floor
Deliver outstanding customer service and support sales targets
Collaborate with the Store Manager on merchandising and layout strategies
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management
Support seasonal promotions and product launches

Experience in retail management or supervisory roles
Strong organisational and communication skills
