Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales Administrator to join our small but busy, fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, is highly detail-oriented, and enjoys working to deadlines while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking customer orders over the phone in a professional and efficient manner
- Processing and managing customer orders accurately
- Preparing and issuing invoices
- Handling customer queries and providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining accurate records of orders, invoices, and customer details
- Supporting the wider sales team with administrative tasks
- Working at pace to meet daily deadlines and business targets
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in a sales administration or customer service role (preferred)
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
