Sales Advisor

Location: Primarily Tadley Health & Fitness Centre, will be required to travel to Aquadrome & Basingstoke golf centre'S on occasions

Working Hours/Pattern: 40 hours per week between the hours of 9am - 7pm plus occasional weekends as and when required

Salary: £27,172.91 per annum + Commission + Excellent Benefits

As a Sales Advisor you'll be the first point of contact for potential new members, helping them start their fitness journey or learn to swim with us. Your role will focus on converting new enquiries into memberships, you'll be our Social Media Champion and tasked with getting out in the community & local businesses to promote what we have to offer at Tadley Health & Fitness Centre, all whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience.

 

We are very keen to find an individual who can find opportunities to offer our fantastic facilities to the local community and support the growth of the contract.

 

In addition, there will be times when you will be required to assist other members of staff.

 

You will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with free access to the leisure facilities, various discounts and excellent development opportunities.

 

Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Engage with potential customers via phone, walk-ins & online enquiries
  • Conduct tours of the facilities highlighting key features & benefits
  • Achieve sales targets and KPI's
  • Handle membership sign-ups and administrative takes
  • Create and publish engaging social media content to grow our online presence
  • Seek out new corporate opportunities in the surrounding area
  • Create and deliver a marketing plan including outreach and local events in the area with a focus on generating new business
  • Build strong relationships with members and support retention efforts
