This role owns end-to-end delivery management of the CISO's Cyber Evolution program — driving security initiatives across product, engineering and business enablement. The successful candidate will bring strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills together with cybersecurity know-how to deliver high-impact, enterprise-level projects.

How you'll contribute:

Drive consistency and quality across project execution using the proprietary Tollgate methodology
Manage the program portfolio in Asana/JIRA and keep stakeholders in the loop on key KPIs and KRIs
Align plans and deliverables across capability teams and partners to keep delivery on track
Represent the program in governance forums and report on performance
Own program financial health — tracking, forecasting and status reporting
Spot and manage risks early, and keep the RAID log current in Asana
Oversee program budget, SOWs and invoicing in Asana/SAP
Keep the program's document repository organized in SharePoint and Asana
Coach and mentor Project Managers, helping build capability across the team

What you'll bring:

A background in information security, compliance and risk management
A knack for translating security strategy into clear, actionable plans
Strong communication skills — comfortable with technical specialists and senior leaders alike
Commercial awareness and natural leadership instincts
Experience driving cross-functional initiatives, with a CISSP mindset (certification a plus)
Agile/Scrum, Prince2 or ITIL exposure
