We are currently recruiting for an Exterior Technician Driver on behalf of our established client based in Cardiff (CF15). This is a hands-on, outdoor role ideal for candidates who enjoy physical work, working as part of a team, and providing excellent service standards.

• Position: Exterior Technician Driver
• Location: Cardiff, CF15
• Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
• Contract: Temporary Assignment
• Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
• Start Date: Immediate Start Available

The Role

As an Exterior Technician Driver, you will support seasonal landscaping and exterior maintenance projects across customer sites. The role involves driving company vehicles, carrying out winter planting activities, and ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Remove summer planting displays and replace them with winter baskets and seasonal arrangements.
• Carry out manual handling and lifting of plants, baskets, and equipment.
• Load and unload company vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Drive company vehicles in accordance with company policies and road regulations.
• Ensure vehicles are maintained to a high standard and report any defects or issues promptly.
• Deliver excellent customer service whilst representing the company on-site.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices.
• Complete work efficiently and professionally to meet service schedules.

Ideal Candidate

• Holds a full UK driving licence and has been driving for a minimum of 12 months.
• Aged 21 years or over to comply with company transport insurance requirements.
• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting and outdoor work.
• Strong awareness of Health & Safety practices.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
