Are you passionate about supporting people and making a positive impact through meaningful work? We are looking for an organised and proactive Services Coordinator to support the delivery of key services and projects within a busy and dedicated team.
As a Services Coordinator, you will take ownership of a number of important service areas while providing high-quality administrative support across the wider department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing a varied workload and working in a role that directly helps others.
As a Services Coordinator, you will:
β Process applications to a charitable support fund, helping individuals and families access financial assistance when needed
β Make recommendations for funding and signpost applicants to other relevant support organisations
β Maintain accurate records and produce basic financial reports to monitor fund activity
β Coordinate the annual renewal of a specialist professional directory, ensuring it remains a valuable resource for service users
β Support the delivery of organisational training programmes through effective administration
β Manage a busy training mailbox and respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
β Distribute training certificates and liaise with delegates and trainers
β Provide exceptional administrative support across the wider Services Department
β Assist with application processing for additional organisational projects and services as required
β Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure services are delivered efficiently and effectively

π Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and data within CRM systems

π» Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and database systems
π A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering a high standard of service
