Shelf Replenisher

Job Details
To ensure that shelves are fully stocked and ready for customers by efficiently and safely replenishing stock in the store and warehouse areas. This role supports the smooth flow of goods from delivery to the shop floor, contributing to a positive customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities
* Replenish stock on the shop floor and warehouse areas according to the store's routines and safety standards.
* Ensure products are correctly placed, faced, and priced.
* Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or low stock to the team leader.
* Unload, sort, and move goods using appropriate equipment
* Participate in regular stock counts and inventory checks.
* Report damaged or missing items and assist in resolving stock discrepancies.
* Provide friendly and helpful service to customers when approached on the shop floor.
* Direct customers to product locations or escalate queries to the appropriate team member.
* Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
