Role Summary This is a high‑ownership, cross‑functional role focused on building systems, improving decision quality, and driving operational clarity across the organisation. You’ll work across GTM, product, engineering, data, and customer teams to ensure the business scales without losing speed or quality.
Key Responsibilities- Own the company’s operating cadence, including weekly leadership reviews, functional scorecards, and quarterly planning.
- Standardise product and revenue reporting with actionable, decision‑useful metrics.
- Drive resource allocation across commercial, product, and technical teams.
- Build and maintain live dashboards in partnership with data teams.
- Translate leadership priorities into clear, executable plans with owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Monitor trials, POCs, and customer accounts to ensure focus on high‑value opportunities.
- Design and refine performance frameworks, tooling, and internal processes.
- Ensure sequencing and prioritisation across product and engineering initiatives.
