Strategy & Operations

A fast‑growing AI/fintech company is hiring a high‑impact Strategy & Operations professional. This role sits at the centre of growth, product, customers, and internal systems, working directly with the founding team to build the operational infrastructure that enables the company to scale at speed.

Role Summary This is a high‑ownership, cross‑functional role focused on building systems, improving decision quality, and driving operational clarity across the organisation. You’ll work across GTM, product, engineering, data, and customer teams to ensure the business scales without losing speed or quality.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the company’s operating cadence, including weekly leadership reviews, functional scorecards, and quarterly planning.
  • Standardise product and revenue reporting with actionable, decision‑useful metrics.
  • Drive resource allocation across commercial, product, and technical teams.
  • Build and maintain live dashboards in partnership with data teams.
  • Translate leadership priorities into clear, executable plans with owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
  • Monitor trials, POCs, and customer accounts to ensure focus on high‑value opportunities.
  • Design and refine performance frameworks, tooling, and internal processes.
  • Ensure sequencing and prioritisation across product and engineering initiatives.
What to Expect
  • Work directly with the founding team on high‑leverage, company‑level priorities.
  • Fast‑changing priorities requiring rapid problem‑solving and reallocation of resources.
  • An environment where execution quality and operating excellence are critical.
Ideal Background Candidates may come from:
  • Founder’s Office / Chief of Staff roles in scaling B2B start‑ups.
  • BizOps, RevOps, or Product Ops within high‑growth companies.
  • Consulting or banking combined with hands‑on operating experience.
  • Technical program or platform operations roles involving sequencing, dependencies, and cross‑team coordination.
Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, enterprise software, or AI infrastructure is especially relevant. Strong analytical or technical academic backgrounds are beneficial but not essential.
Desired Traits
  • Comfortable challenging senior stakeholders and redirecting priorities.
  • Confident operating across both commercial and technical environments.
  • Systems thinker who defaults to building processes, dashboards, and frameworks.
  • Focused on leverage and outcomes rather than tasks.
What’s Offered
  • Direct exposure to founders and senior leadership.
  • Competitive compensation with meaningful equity.
  • The opportunity to build the operating system of a high‑velocity AI business.
  • A culture defined by trust, intensity, and high impact.
