Streetpride Operational Support Officer needed!!

* Salary: £13.91 per hour
* Location: Stores Road depot, DE21
* Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
Till December 2025

A good level of IT skills - experience of using MS Office Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to discuss information courteously with customers over the phone, occasionally in difficult circumstances
Experience of progressing customer requests for service, queries and complaints through to resolution
Good communication skills - ability to produce well written letters and emails
Understanding of and commitment to the principles of customer care.
