We are looking for a Support Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our Operational Maintenance Department Help Desk. This role is pivotal to ensuring that client needs are addressed promptly, work orders are processed accurately, and internal operations are kept running smoothly.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Competent written and spoken English.
Confident using IT systems, the internet, and basic office equipment.
Keyboard and typing proficiency.
Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
Strong team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot and correct errors.
