What You'll Do

• Solder fine‑pitch components onto PCBs with accuracy and care
• Carry out rework and repairs using hot‑air and micro‑soldering tools
• Inspect boards under microscopes to ensure every detail is perfect
• Work closely with engineers and production staff to keep builds on track

You'll Be Great At This Role If You Have

• Previous SMT soldering experience
• A steady hand and strong attention to detail
• Confidence reading assembly drawings
• A proactive, quality‑focused mindset
