We're building a talent pool of reliable, motivated Warehouse Operatives to support ongoing demand across Castle Donington and the wider Derby region. If you're hands‑on, adaptable, and ready to work in a fast‑paced logistics environment, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders

Loading and unloading vehicles

Operating scanners or warehouse systems (training provided)

Maintaining a clean, safe working environment

Supporting general warehouse operations as needed

What We're Looking For

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Ability to work in a busy, physical environment

Good attention to detail

Flexibility with shift patterns (days, nights, rotating)

Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential
