Team office Support Administrator - Woolwich Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:15 PM
We are seeking a proactive and well-organised Team Support Administrator to join our team in Woolwich. This is a key position providing front-of-house reception duties and broad administrative support across the office. The ideal candidate will be confident, personable, and highly organised, with a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and telephone enquiries
Providing general administrative support to the wider team
Organising and coordinating internal and external meetings and events
Booking travel, accommodation, and restaurant reservations
Maintaining office supplies and facilities
Creating and updating documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
Supporting with ad-hoc tasks as required by the team
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar administrative or front-of-house role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
