Lead Reconditioning Technician

Location - Stirling

Working hours - Monday - Friday 8am - 430pm

Salary - £28,000 - £30,00

Our client based in Stirling are looking for a technician to join their team - this is a someone who is a hands on technician but who can also lead a small team…please see more info below….. has any kind of supervisor/management experience, and any electrical and/or mechanical experience would be ideal.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has any kind of supervisor/management experience, and any electrical and/or mechanical or refurbishment or manufacturing background.

As the Lead Reconditioning Technician, you'll be a key part of our supply chain, making sure our medical equipment (CPAP and NIV devices) is restored to a high, reliable standard. Your work helps ensure every device is safe, clean, and fully functional for the next patient who needs it.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll spend part of your time working directly with the equipment and part of your time leading a small team. You'll be responsible for organising daily tasks, improving how work flows through the department, and working closely with other team leads to make sure we meet patient needs and business demand.
