Telesales / Lead Generation Executive

Part Time | Fully Remote (Must Be Commutable to Burton‑on‑Trent)

Our client is expanding rapidly and is looking for a proactive Telesales / Lead Generation Executive to support their busy sales function. If you enjoy relationship‑building, uncovering new opportunities, and seeing tasks through to completion, this could be the perfect role for you.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Making outbound cold calls to prospective businesses
  • Proactively researching and identifying new leads
  • Recording accurate information and maintaining well‑organised internal records
  • Nurturing leads through to quotation stage
  • Collaborating closely with the wider sales team to support ongoing activity
  • Maintaining exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational habits

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in telesales, lead generation, or sales support is highly desirable
  • However - candidates from other customer‑facing backgrounds (including hospitality) are very welcome
  • Confident phone manner with resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload effectively
  • Someone who enjoys process, structure, and completing tasks from start to finish

Hours & Flexibility

  • Flexible part‑time hours, typically between 10am-2pm
  • Approximately 15-20 hours per week (with flexibility for the right person)
  • Fully remote role, but you must be commutable to Burton‑on‑Trent for occasional team meetings
