Temporary | 35 hrs | Hybrid Working

Are you a people‑focused, organised communicator who wants to make a real difference to tenants across the Highlands?

We're looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer to support improvement works in council homes and help ensure tenants feel informed, supported, and heard throughout the process.

🔹 What You'll Do

✔ Be the key link between tenants, contractors & Housing teams

✔ Support tenants through planned improvement works

✔ Co‑ordinate access, surveys & care‑related arrangements

✔ Gather feedback & help drive service quality

✔ Keep systems and project information up to date

🔹 What You'll Bring

✨ Strong communication & customer service skills

✨ Good organisational ability and attention to detail

✨ Confidence with data, reports & spreadsheets

✨ Experience in housing or a similar service

✨ Full driving licence & access to transport (Essential)

What we are offering:

✨Salary - £28,665.00 (Pro-Rata)

✨Shifts are Monday to Friday so you will have your weekends free.
