We are recruiting reliable and hardworking General Cleaning Operatives and Litter Pickers to support this year's Open Championship at Royal Birkdale Golf Club.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a world‑class sporting event, working within a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment.

Roles Available
- General Cleaning Operatives
- Litter Pickers / Grounds Cleaning Staff
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining cleanliness across event areas, spectator zones, walkways and facilities
- Litter picking and waste removal across outdoor and high‑footfall areas
- Cleaning and replenishing public areas, toilets and staff facilities
- Working to high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation
- Supporting the event team to ensure a positive experience for visitors
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors for extended periods
- A positive, can‑do attitude with good attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
- Previous cleaning or event experience is helpful but not essential
Pay & Benefits
- £13.45 - £14.45 per hour

- Temporary roles covering the Open Championship period
- Flexible shifts available across event days
- Full‑time and part‑time hours available
