Trainee Technician - Surface Films & Graphics

Location: High Wycombe and surrounding areas

Salary: £30,000 starting salary, with potential to earn £40,000-£50,000 once trained

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours: Night shifts (Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM)

Required: Full UK Driving License

About the Role

We're currently recruiting for a Trainee Technician to join a well-established and growing business specialising in the installation of surface films, graphics, and protective solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a practical, hands-on career with long-term prospects and structured training.

You'll be joining a small, committed team working across London and the South East, with occasional travel to other UK locations. Full training is provided, and once qualified, regular overtime and paid travel can significantly increase your earnings.

Key Responsibilities

Install specialist surface films and graphics in commercial, residential, and transport environments

Maintain a professional appearance and deliver high-quality work

Ensure your vehicle is fully stocked and prepared for each job

Accurately complete job documentation

Support the wider team with additional duties as required

Candidate Requirements

No previous experience required - full training provided

Full UK driving licence is essential

Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn

Strong attention to detail

Comfortable working night shifts and travelling to various sites
