We are recruiting for a Transport / Planning Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced transport operation based in Beeston, Nottingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous experience in transport planning, logistics administration, fleet operations, or transport coordination who are looking for long-term work with immediate starts available.

- 4 On / 4 Off, 06:00 - 18:00
- 4 On / 4 Off, 18:00 - 06:00
- Fixed Days Available
- Fixed Nights Available
- Rotational pattern
Transport / Planning Administrator Responsibilities
As a Transport / Planning Administrator, your duties will include:
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of a busy transport office
- Liaising with drivers and resolving transport-related queries
- Updating transport management and traffic systems accurately
- Monitoring deliveries and responding to service issues
- Managing route amendments, schedule changes, and delivery updates
- Providing administrative support to transport planners and operational teams
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company procedures
Requirements
To be successful in this Transport Administration role, you should have:
- A solid understanding of transport and logistics operations
- Previous experience within a transport, planning, fleet, or logistics administration position
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced transport environment
- Good IT and system administration skills
