Key Responsibilities

Managing driver and customer queries in a professional and timely manner
Updating transport management and traffic systems accurately
Maintaining transport records and operational documentation
Supporting the transport team with daily administrative tasks
Ensuring all data is recorded correctly and in line with company procedures
Helping to keep transport operations running efficiently throughout the night shift

Skills and Experience Required

Strong IT and administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
Previous transport, logistics, or administration experience is beneficial but not essential
