Transport Dispatcher

Ongoing Temp job - Dispatch Agent / Administrator

Location - Bellshill

Working hours 6pm - 2am

Working week - Monday - Friday

£15.52 per hour

Our client in Bellshill are looking for either someone with Transport Dispatch experience or a very experience administrator to join their team. The working hours are 6pm - 2am Monday to Friday if these working hours and days don't work for you then please do not submit your CV as these hours aren't negotiable.

Working hours: 6pm - 2am (30min break)

Shift pattern: Monday - Friday

Job Description

• Despatch & Brief drivers (outbound and inbound)
• Monitoring and Tracking vehicle and driver movements
• Reporting delays and route issues to managers and stations
• Dealing with Breakdowns & VOR'S
• Ensuring driver compliance checks completed daily.
• Using internal despatch systems & Tracking Systems
• Ensuring Vehicle compliance checks are completed monthly.
• General Admin Duties
• Filing
