Blue Arrow is proud to be partnering with XPO Logistics to recruit an experienced Transport Operations Manager for the prestigious Saint-Gobain Logistics Hub in Gotham, Nottingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Transport Manager to take on a senior leadership role within a global logistics organisation, helping to drive operational excellence, team performance, and sustainability initiatives.

The Role

As Transport Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

Leading the day-to-day transport operation at the Gotham hub
Ensuring full compliance with all transport legislation and regulatory requirements
Driving delivery and collection performance while maintaining operational efficiency
Promoting a culture of safety, sustainability, service excellence, and continuous improvement
Building strong relationships with customers and on-site stakeholders
Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing transport team

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience within a fast-paced transport or logistics environment
Proven leadership experience with a passion for developing and motivating teams
A strong track record of improving operational performance and controlling costs
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
A valid Transport Manager CPC Qualification (essential)
