🚚 We're Hiring: Traffic Planner

📍 Grangemouth | Full Time | Monday-Friday

Our client, a well established operation based in Grangemouth, is looking for an experienced Traffic Planner to join their team in a fast paced office environment.

This is a key role within the operation, managing day‑to‑day transport planning while ensuring full compliance and excellent customer service.

🔧 The role

You will be responsible for:

Managing 10 vehicles operating from the site

Planning and routing vehicles across Scotland

Ensuring full compliance with O Licence, driver hours and transport regulations

Scheduling driver routes, workforce planning and sickness management

Monitoring and managing driver infringements

Liaising daily with internal teams, customers and external suppliers

Planning backloads where possible to maximise vehicle efficiency

Delivering first class service to clients at all times

✅ What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Traffic Planner / Transport Planner

Strong knowledge of driver hours, compliance and O‑Licence regulations

Ability to work calmly and effectively in a busy office environment

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Flexible, proactive and customer‑focused approach

⏰ Hours of work

Monday to Friday, 8am start

Flexibility is essential to meet operational demands

This will include earlier start times (from 5:30am) when required
