Transport Supervisor - temp-to-perm

Location: Lutterworth area

Salary: £32,000 (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 15:00 (No bank holidays)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Transport Supervisor to oversee daily transport operations, ensuring efficient fleet management, strong team coordination, and high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operation of the transport fleet
• Supervise and support the driver team
• Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed efficiently and on time
• Maintain high standards of customer service
• Monitor compliance with transport regulations and company procedures
• Act as a key point of contact for operational queries and issues

Requirements

• Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment
• Strong team management and organisational skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
