Pay Rate: £12.73 per hour, rising to £19.10 per hour after 48 hours

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent (13 Weeks)

Hours: Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rota basis

We are currently seeking reliable and professional Van Drivers to join our team in Burton upon Trent (DE14), working on behalf of a leading company within the pharmaceutical industry.

This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for ongoing work, with the potential to secure a permanent position after a successful 13-week temporary period.

The Role

As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for delivering medication and pharmaceutical products to customers and clients across the region using pre-planned routes.

Duties include:

Delivering medication and pharmaceutical products safely and efficiently
Following scheduled delivery routes
Providing excellent customer service
Completing delivery paperwork and electronic records as required
Ensuring compliance with company procedures and road safety regulations
Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times

Requirements

To be considered for this Van Driver role, applicants must:

Hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence
Be aged 21 or over for insurance purposes
Have no more than 6 penalty points on their licence
Have a strong work ethic and excellent reliability
Be comfortable with customer-facing deliveries
Have good knowledge of safe driving practices
