About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative with a valid Counterbalance or Bendi FLT licence to join our team at a busy logistics site just outside Newbury. This is a physical, hands‑on goods‑in role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
- Receiving, checking, and unloading deliveries
- Supporting the Goods‑In function, including booking stock into the system
- Manual handling and physical warehouse duties
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Working as part of a fast‑moving warehouse team to meet daily targets
What We're Looking For
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (in‑date)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience
- Comfortable with physical work and manual handling
- Good communication skills and a positive team attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused
