Are you a reliable, hands-on team player with a passion for logistics and warehouse operations? Blue Arrow are working with a prestigious logistics organisation on their requirement for a Warehouse Operative to join their dynamic team and help deliver excellence on a daily basis.

This is a permanent opportunity with interviews taking place w/c 7th July.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30m to 4pm

What You'll Do:

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in the supply chain, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking, packing, wrapping, and labelling orders for delivery or collection
• Receiving and storing incoming goods with precision
• Managing goods-in and goods-out processes
• Operating forklifts and warehouse machinery safely (training provided if needed)
• Conducting inventory checks and maintaining accurate stock records
• Ensuring a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
• Reporting discrepancies, damages, or equipment issues
• Supporting continuous improvement and team collaboration
• Assisting with onboarding and training of new staff

What You Bring:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS programs
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
• A valid UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points)
• Forklift licence desirable (but not essential)
