About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy distribution team in Burton-on-Trent. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering a competitive hourly rate, structured shifts, and a supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Work in chilled storage areas handling temperature-sensitive goods
* Scan and allocate packages to the correct containers
* Assist trunk drivers with loading and unloading vehicles
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment

Requirements
* Previous warehouse experience preferred
* Comfortable working in chilled environments
* Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude
* Flexibility to cover additional shifts during holiday periods
