Production Operative

Location: Hilton, Derbyshire

Pay Rates:

• Days: £12.46 per hour
• Nights: £14.02 per hour

Shift Pattern:

• Two weeks days: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Two weeks nights: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Job Description:

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join our team. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow production schedules and meet deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is essential
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating day/night pattern
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
