About the Role

We're currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy and well‑established warehouse team in High Wycombe. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity offering long-term stability for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Using handheld scanners (training provided)
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• General warehouse tasks as required

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to learn
