Warehouse Operative Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our busy warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking customer orders accurately using pick sheets, scanners, or warehouse management systems.
• Packing orders securely and preparing them for dispatch.
• Loading completed orders onto pallets and ensuring they are correctly labelled.
• Wrapping and securing pallets ready for shipment.
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Conducting stock checks and assisting with inventory control.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times.
• Supporting other warehouse duties as required.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous warehouse experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
• Experience with order picking and packing is desirable.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately to deadlines.
• Good attention to detail.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
