Location -Measham

Temp to Perm

Hours - Rotating shifts Week 1 7am - 15.30pm & Week 2 10am - 18.30pm Monday - Friday

Pay - £13.25p/h anything worked over 40 hours will be paid at time and half!

Blue Arrow is proud to be partnering with a leading logistics and distribution company based in Measham. We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join their growing team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Job Duties:

· Accurately picking and packing medical products using manual picking methods and handheld scanners.

· Work from order sheets to locate and select stock, ensuring orders were fulfilled correctly and efficiently.

· Built customer orders onto pallets and applied the correct shipping labels.

· Transport completed pallets to the wrapping area using Powered Pallet Trucks (PPT).

· Assist with goods-in operations, including unloading containers and receiving stock deliveries.

· Decanted pallets separated stock into designated locations, and loaded products into warehouse racking systems.

· Utilise SAP to book in stock, update inventory records, and process shipment documentation.

· Maintain accurate stock control and inventory management procedures.

· Ensure the warehouse was kept clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards always.

· Demonstrate initiative by supporting additional warehouse tasks as required and contributing to team productivity.

· Maintain professional working relationships with supervisors and colleagues, following company procedures and workplace standards.

· Operate in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Experience using handheld scanners is advantageous
• PPT experience would be beneficial, although training may be provided
• Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse management systems such as SAP would be advantageous
• Good level of numeracy and literacy
• Ability to lift and move stock safely
