Blue Arrow is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy retail and distribution operation. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for ongoing temporary work within a fast-paced environment.

Shift Pattern

• 5 days out of 7, including weekend work on a rota basis
• Shift times:
  • 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • 11:00am - 8:00pm

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be responsible for supporting the efficient movement of stock and fulfilling customer orders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing online customer orders accurately.
• Collecting and sorting returned or unwanted items.
• Moving stock between warehouse and store locations.
• Preparing orders for collection and dispatch.
• Supporting stock replenishment activities.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Working closely with Team Leaders and Managers to meet operational targets.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.

• Comfortable being on your feet throughout the shift.
• Willing to undertake manual handling and occasional heavy lifting.
