Night Warehouse Operative

Are you a night owl looking for a fast‑paced, hands‑on role where no two nights are the same? We're recruiting Night Warehouse Operatives to join a well‑established and respected client in Bournemouth, with immediate starts available.

You'll play a vital role in keeping the warehouse running smoothly by ensuring goods are handled efficiently and accurately to meet tight deadlines.

Pay Rate

£12.71 per hour (PAYE)

£15.01 per hour (PAYE) post parity

Shift Pattern

• Night shifts starting between 23:00 - 00:00, finishing around 09:00am
• Shifts scheduled across any 7 days of the week
• Full‑time hours only
• This is a night‑shift role, perfect for those who prefer working evenings and nights

What You'll Be Doing

• Picking and packing goods accurately and efficiently
• Sorting and moving stock onto racks and shelves
• Assisting with unloading vehicles and checking in deliveries
• Preparing warehouse orders for delivery and collection
• Scanning parcels and ensuring they're processed correctly
• Unloading trailers and directing parcels to the correct locations
• Manual handling of goods weighing up to 25kg
